Mini Bagels Pizza Base
  • 6 mini bagels Split in half.
  • 0.75 cup marinara sauce Spread over each bagel half.
  • 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Sprinkle over the sauce.
  • 0.25 cup mini pepperoni Top over the mozzarella.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Sprinkle before baking.
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped For serving.

Prep and Assemble
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce over each bagel half.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with mini pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake for 8–10 minutes at 400°F, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.

Notes

Pro tip: Keep the bagels cut-side up so the marinara warms quickly without pooling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in a 350°F oven until hot. Freezing is not recommended because the bagel texture can soften after thawing. For a dietary swap, use dairy-free shredded mozzarella and check that your marinara and pepperoni are dairy-free.
